What was the closest city or town to this story? If it happened at your home or in your city include that in the story.

Try to include any actual dialogue you remember.

List any personality quirks or worldviews your characters might have. eg: liberal, conservative, introvert, extrovert, expressive, restrained, they always wear____, they always have _____ in their mouth, etc..

Give details about trade specific influences on this story, eg: truck driving - flat decking, dry van, highway, gravel, mountains, prairies, equipment failures, dispatch directions, logbook problems, etc..

Try and come up with a moral to the story or reference a quote, movie, book, or play which has correlation to your story.

Every story needs a good guy (protagonist) a bad guy or conflict (antagonist). The antagonist can be weather, time restraints, sickness, family emergency, etc..
